We absolutely love this!

Central African Republic has elected a woman, Catherine Samba-Panza, as its new interim President. According to publications, she is the country’s first female president and was chosen on Monday by a Transitional National Council to lead the country out of months of chaos and Muslim-Christian violence which has driven more than 900,000 people from their homes.

U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon congratulated Samba-Panza on her election, stating that the change of leadership in the CAR offers a “critical opportunity to put the transition process back on track.”

Although Miss Samba-Panza has a huge task ahead of her , we wish her nothing but the best in all her endeavors.
